In this blog post, I share realizations and messages from Spirit that came to me in meditation.

My dearest friend EarthSong (SoulfullyAuthentic.com), led a beautifully guided and impactful meditation recently where I had the privilege of accessing some important messages about life, that I want to share with you all.

1. Traveling to the inside of the sun. It was empty, pure stillness.

Message: “You can be anything. See & be at the “higher” level, eagle perspective.”

Medicine: How would you feel if you were sitting in pure emptiness? Would you be yearning for something? Would it feel peaceful? What is left when everything else fades away?

2. Traveling to the north star, Polaris. The outside of the star was made up of small planes that all fit together like different sides/facets of a diamond or crystal. Each of us sat next to one flat surface, tending to it, like it represented our passion, purpose and work.

When I zoomed out, it was almost like all the bees in a hive.

Message: “Your part is essential – you are one of many bees.”

In the inside, I was shown that when we work together on something, energy is created. This energy fuels the universe. The power of communal living and collaboration.

Message: “When you come together with another, you fuel my energy.” (“My” means, in this case, Polaris itself)

Medicine: Know yourself. Know what you’re interested in. Claim space in diving into that. But see that you’re part of a larger whole. Turn to your side and see who is near you. Do you need to travel to another part of the diamond, or hive, to find your collaborators or soul tribe? Know that while money is a currency exchange we use, the energy created by following our passions and soul’s calling is the actual energy that fuels the universe.

3. Traveling to Andromeda (planet within the Andromeda galaxy). I was shown that as I walk, a wooden path is created for me to walk on. The path is not already there, it is created with each step. I am supported with each step that I take, even though it is not already there.

Message: “The wood path is created as you walk it. You’re surrounded by green magic.”

Medicine: While god and our angels, guides are there with us to help us form the path, our path is not pre determined.

After the meditation, I came across this oracle card which further describes the message of the wooden path.

From the “Beaver Spirit” description in the Spirit Animal oracle by Colette Barron-Reid,

“If, with Spirit as your partner, you bring the twigs and branches of your intentions and desires and spread them across the river of time, you’ll be amazed at what you can do. You will find that you can even change the direction of the flow of life. You can ensure that your world will be prosperous and purposeful, filled with love and joy, and rich with magic and meaning. That which you desire will come to you and remain sustainably if you build on a sturdy foundation. … Spirit is your partner, helping you along as you change the course of your life in the way your heart desires.”
